  • Protocol Lifecycle Management

    Asclepius provides Protocol Specialists to manage all aspects of the Protocol Lifecycle including Protocol Development, IRB Support, AE Reporting, Document Management, Data Abstraction, Training, Education, Outreach, and Reporting.

  • Clinical Data Management

    Asclepius provides skilled and trained Clinical Data Managers (CDM) to support clinical research as part of the clinical team. Our CDMs abstract data required by the protocol and as indicated in the Case Report Forms (CRF) from source documents such as medical records, research notes, and laboratory/pathology reports. They are trained to enter data in industry standard Clinical Data Management Systems and Electronic Data Capture Systems. Our CDM’s also assist clinical teams in other areas such as Serious Adverse Events reporting, Patient Registration, and Coding based on standardized dictionaries. They also participate with our programmers in the development of CRFs, databases, and reports.

  • Clinical Informatics

    Apart from Clinical Data Management systems, Asclepius has experience in implementing, supporting, interfacing with, and maintaining Patient Registration Systems, Serious Adverse Event Reporting Systems, Protocol Life Cycle Management System, Tissue Management Systems, and Picture Archiving and Communication (PACS) system. We have migrated data from legacy systems to modern applications. We can help clients choose and integrate commercial informatics application in their enterprise or develop applications organically using the technology of their choice.

  • Clinical Database Development

    Asclepius follows a technology agnostic methodology to develop clinical databases for protocol specific needs. We work with industry standard Clinical Data Management applications by Oracle Clinical, Phase Forward, and Medidata as well as proprietary applications provided by our clients. Our methodology ensures rapid and accurate development of the database to meet all protocol needs. We gather requirements from the protocol, develop the protocol specific CRFs, Validation/Derivation Rules, and Clinical Reports.

  • Clinical Data Reporing

    Asclepius understands the clinical need for data review and reporting by several stakeholders in the research domain. We are intimately familiar with leading technologies that help you extract data from the database and summarize it in the needed format. Our staff is trained in reporting technologies and standards such as SAS and CDISC SDTM. We have experience in reporting to government and commercial agencies in their data formats.
